Great recruiters, totally professional. They are busy, so follow-up on your part might be required but they were always straight-forward with me. I dealt with two different in-house recruiters by phone and email before getting to interview with the hiring manager, also by phone. Went very well, I thought well enough to make the cut for a on-site call-back but the manager ended up only calling in his top choice (someone with a bit more experience).
