I applied through my school's website, and an on-campus interview was scheduled. The interviewer was an Edison (someone in the EEDP rotational program after graduating), so it was nice to be able to ask her about the program. The entire 45 minute interview was behavioral, so make sure to have a lot to talk about, especially team experience. I heard back within a week what the result of my interview was.
