I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Brisbane) in Apr 2016
Interview
Was more like a conversation and less like a formal interview - I was comfortable and was able to build a good rapport with the interviewers.
I was able to easily incorporate responses to the behavioural questions into conversation, and that lead to more open-ended questions.
The panel essentially wanted to talk to me about the company, the services they offer, and what they can offer a graduate in their program. What they wanted from me, was to hear in person more about my background, why I chose my degree, why I picked that service line, and what attributes I would bring to the team.

Question 1
If you could be a celebrity for 24 hours, who would you be and why? (the last, and 'zany' question of the interview)
