Interview
Fairly easy going. It was more about the fit, so the conversations were very casual. Had a phone screening with a recruiter scheduled within the same day I applied. The second step was having a video call with the tax team leader in the region. They called me a couple hours later to say they were going to proceed with an offer.

Interview
Applied through a recruiter. Heard back within 1 week. Interviewed with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners a within 2 weeks after screening with HR. Received an offer within 1 week. Everyone I interviewed with were very professional and friendly. The company moves fast if they are interested in you. Culture is modern and collaborative. The interview process was smooth and neat. Questions asked were of quality and to the point. The interviewers really tried to get to know you as a person to see if you are a cultural fit. Technically, you may not know everything but how you sell yourself matters. Are you positive, coachable and easy to talk to. Overall very nice experience.
