You very briefly go through orientation. Takes a few hours for a HR representative to walk you through the basic company policies about customer service, your role at the company, potential job loss for theft or other miscellaneous reasons, and maybe a group exercise. Shortly after anext union rep will go over the union contract, and try to enroll members. The price is around 8 dollars a week for union membership. Almost everyone in the room will be hired just based on the fact you showed up, and your background check clears at a later date. Before leaving you take a mouth swab drug test.
