They were extremely responsive in terms of scheduling interviews. There was one phone interview and another in person interview with two managers within the company (my personal experience). They sent very detailed information about the interview time and location as soon as you confirm the proper date. They also require you to do an an online assessment to test your cognitive abilities. Their interview questions are also solely based on situational questions.
