I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Feb 2010
Interview
The interviewers made a point to emphasize that the interview was "behavioral" and about how you would behave in certain situations...all of which were negative. The interviewers were busy writing down everything you said on a form and there was no real conversation or back-and-forth nature at all. Then, they asked if I had questions, which I did, a fairly large amount since they had barely mentioned the position or what it entailed! It was a very low level position, and having a Masters degree, I was a little surprised that I was interviewed for this position.
