I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Lake Mary, FL) in Aug 2017
Interview
Confusing and unclear what the managers were looking for. I had a resume that matched the job description, references, and a referral from a current employee. Many steps in the process before finally coming to an interview with two hiring managers on different teams. They both sat down with laptops and typed out my responses as we talked. Very intimidating. Reminiscent of an audition, they held poker faces the entire time.

I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jan 2026
Interview
Strange questions and very uncomfortable. The talent acquisition agent had a very heavy accent, spoke very fast and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. I didn’t get the opportunity to ask any questions. It seemed to be very one sided communication.
