Interview
Initial pre-screening process was great and straight-forward: behavioral assessment. HR interview was not as professional as expected. Felt like the interviewer was just reading questions. Interviewer didn't even bother to ask the interviewee if he had any questions (didn't even provide time for interviewee to ask questions).

I'm not a fan of these questionnaires for any position, but especially for management and higher level, it's ridiculous to rely on them for initial screening without even a phone call or personal contact from someone at the company.
