If you pass the PST then you will move to Round 2. For Round 2 they provide lots of preparation opportunities and a "McKinsey buddy". Besides practicing cases with fellow candidates, I suggest finding a successful consultant who will allow you to interview him/her. This will give you a measuring stick as to what is a good performance for a case interview.
The personal experience part of Round 2 is not bad as long as you have stories prepared and you have practiced telling them.
