Interview
simple and straightforward. you may interview with more than one person at a time. the interviewers are looking to place you according to your skillset and location. They are also interested in makin sure you fit the team you join.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group in Feb 2025
Interview
Applied online, a day later received a request to complete an online virtual/AI interview and personality test. A few days after that a recruiter reached out to interview/phone screen. The person was very pleasant and knowledgeable and genuinely excited to talk to me. They told me they wanted me to meet with hiring manager. A week later I met with hiring manager via Teams meeting and they asked all the typical behavioral based/real life scenario questions from your previous experience. After the interview I was expecting to hear from the recruiter about next steps, however they never reached out. I followed up with 2 emails and never got a response after they had been so enthusiastic before and just got the generic denial email. This was frustrating as I put a lot of time in effort into the interviews then to be ghosted. But overall it was a decent experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to implement a new company strategy or initiative and how did you communicate it to your team?
Interview process was very conversational and transparent. Enjoyed the conversation, didn’t feel like an interview. Very quick to follow up. Pretty standard interview questions, was able to ask a lot of my own questions as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group in May 2021
Interview
I was interviewed after they had already filled the position. Major waste of my time, it was good that it was just a phone interview but I wish I knew ahead of time the position had already been filled.
