You have to really be an idiot not to get hired. Very typical questions in a 1:1 situation. Afterwards, they will ask you to on a ride-with to see exaclty what the job entails. After that, there is the drug test and background check and voila, you have a job. They try to act like you are interviewing for a highly skilled postion, but in fact they will hire almost anyone who passes the Skills Test and doesn't act like a complete idiot during the ride-with.
