I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qualcomm (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2011
Interview
5 interviews in one day; 2 with HR and 3 with colleagues. I was recruited by a former coworker so I wasn't blindly being chosen for an interview, it was more of a formality. The only surprising or nerve-wracking thing was discussing salary right away. I think that just be a tactic they use to throw people off base.

Question 1
The biggest thing I remember is they talked salary 5 minutes into the first interview.
It was great and i had a very good experience. I would high recommend this and in addition to this I would also add that be prepared while going for the interview as some question might challenge you.
Supper unorganized, data and people changes, no follow up. I wasn't sure it's a great idea to work where they don't seems to respect my time. The people were friendly, but it seems that there is no process or plan for hiring.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Qualcomm (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Took 1/2 day off to interview. Logged into virtual interview 10 minutes early, waited 30 minutes, Staff Manager never showed. Rescheduled appointment thinking everyone makes mistakes. Same process, same result.
