Applied for the position in November and was asked to interview in January. Poor communication with the recruiter who was supposed to guide me through the process and answer questions I had
Completed recruiter screening and an interview with the hiring manager. Interview went pretty smooth and I was told the recruiter will be in touch regarding the next steps. Never heard back. Followed up with the hiring manager first, but got ghosted. Then followed up with the recruiter, who also never responded.
Never got a rejection either, just completely ghosted.
It was fine. I spoke with several different people who ask the same questions. Unfortunately after I sent follow up and they said they'd let me know, they never did.
