Things have changed since I was hired - but the overall process will consist of test taking (built off of IBM hiring process). You will take 2-3 assessments - one built on memory, another on math (not basic math - almost engineering math), and the last was a test deciding if you are mentally fit to work in any capacity. If you do not pass these tests then your interview process will end. If passed then you will be subject to interview with a Regional Director and Area Vice President.
