Texas Instruments Chemical Gas Project Engineer interview questions

Probably the most unprofessional interview process I’ve ever experienced. First interview was supposed to be through Webex with the cameras turned on. Interviewer decided to instead take call on his car on the way home. Background noise was terrible could hardly hear him, miraculously I got emailed to continue to the second round of interviews. Second round of interviews was also supposed to be through Webex with the cameras turned on. Interviewers did not turn on cameras but at least they were in a meeting room. I believed interview went fairly well, and was told that I would probably continue onto third round of interviews which I was excited for. After 3-weeks of no reply’s from Hiring Manager and Interviewers from follow up emails, I decided to call the Hiring Manager and left a voice message. Following morning was told I was not selected based on past “Experience and/or Qualifications”. Which I found ironic due to this being something that could have been easily taken into consideration prior to even getting first interview. Felt incredibly disappointed.
