I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Plano, TX) in October 2012.

Interview

I gave my resume to recruiter at Career Fair on campus, 1mnth later was emailed for a campus screening. 1mnth after that 2 phone interviews (different departments). 3wks later I was brought to Texas for 3 2person interviews on-site (different departments); 2 interviewers were interested, received offer same day.
