I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (London, England) in Oct 2014
Interview
This entailed two interviews in total:
- 0.5 hours phone interview with HR (this was more of an introductory interview)
- 1.5 hours face to face interview with two hiring managers (this included a presentation which I had to prepare beforehand, technical questions, HR-related/behavioral questions, questions about my background and CV)
A couple of days after the face-to-face interview I had an offer.
Very uncertain outcome because I had 3 rounds of interviews plus a screening call in the span of 2 weeks. Then radio silence for over a month at this point. Have to assume I didn’t get it but should be able to communicate that to me clearly.
I applied online. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
it was good. first was with hr and then hiring manager. but got ghosted by hr after 1st round. even though i answered all questions. it was all about sales and payments
good, structured, efficient process. know how the overall interview process will go and be like before hand so i can set my expectations before interviewing with them. can be clearer in between interviews to give updates to the candidate
