HR Phone screen, followed by hiring manager phone screen where a series of standard situational questions were asked.
Next phase was on-site interview with Directors and Managers including the hiring manager back to back lasting 45 minutes each.
Most questions were standard situational questions with some leaning toward managing resources.
Not one interviewer asked personal questions, example would have been what do you do for fun outside the office, or wanted to get to know me as a person, just seemed to concentrate on how I did with situational questions that really only tells an interviewer half the story of a candidate (speaking as a hiring manager myself)
Reached out to HR rep after two weeks of non-response, got my answer, did not get the job.
Overall good experience with Visa, HR process and the management team.
