They have a disorganized process, the recruiting team was slow to respond with updates and also did not follow up when I was told I was progressing to the next round

Internal recruiter was incompetent. They organised a phone interview and then never called. I then followed up to see if position was still open and never heard back. If the recruiter treats you this way I’d hate to see how the rest of the company operates.
