Lots of turnover and an inability to entice new hires to replace those that left. Years behind industry standard functionality and technology. Employees stretched across multiple time zones with very little overlap. Constantly changing priorities. Most employees seemed frustrated and tired of the constant change and lack of resources. Was not a positive or collaborative working environment.
