Cons
Low pay, high benefit costs, horrible leadership whom makes us work mandatory OT on our OFF DAYS so work/life balance is out the window, and he also makes us work our holidays. There are also some internal issues going on that you wouldn’t believe. This place is nothing like it used to be years ago, and 3rd/overnight shift experience way too many car theft reports!
