      Pros

      - Everybody is friendly and available to help you grow and get better in your role. - The company has really well-defined processes and procedures to help and guide you doing your activities and projects. - The company encourages you to be proactive and work only the planned hours. In case any overtime is needed (which is rare), you'll get compensated for that. - We treat each other like a family in the Brazilian office.

      Cons

      - Home office is not encouraged by the company, except for specific situations. - Considering the current size of the Brazilian office, there's no much space to get a promotion.

      Pros

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
