It used to be a great company to work for. Everyone was on the same page with vision and worked as a team to accomplish amazing feats. Unfortunately that tenacity is now expected and many people are burning out by the constant challenges being placed in front of them and the hours they have to work to accomplish these undertakings. Diversity and inclusion is important to bring attention to however it has become too much of a talking point for it to hold the meaning intended. There is little diversity in the executive and management levels.
