Pros

Great teams with creative people who are passionate about retail and the beauty industry. Exciting to work at a fast-paced retailer that is still nimble enough to react to ever changing beauty trends. Even junior members of a team can be given a great deal of responsibility once they have proven that they are competent.

Cons

Systems are old and time consuming, small systems and process improvements would make work much easier and quicker. Workload varies a lot depending on specific teams, and in some cases workload requires time outside of normal business hours (IE weekends).

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Cons

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
