    Pros

    Best Integrator for Oracle Retail

    Cons

Infiltrated by new mid management personnel who may be good business operators but not good leaders, obsessed with control, with top-down leadership style which is outdated, and more importantly, counterproductive. Logic needs servant-leaders in the practice who have the humility, courage, and insight to admit that they can benefit from the expertise of others who have less power than them, a leader who can motivate, a leader who can increase the ownership, responsibility, autonomy of his followers. The practice does not need a leader who thinks he is the best, and being dismissive of others.

Logic lost the better culture of a family atmosphere where you are more empowered to act freely and get some autonomy. The former culture radiates to more productive consultants who make customers happy. Logic concentrated on making or rebounding to try to make more business but losing insight to the core of what makes the company great - trustworthy, loyal, integrity, smart, caring (to customers and Logic) people. In the long term, these kind of people on the ground create the good relationships with customers.

    Advice to Management

    Revisit practice organizational structure
Talk to people and encourage them to share observations without them feeling being in trouble
Do something about the practice level leadership, most specially on Merch, you need a true leader who can motivate, inspire, empower, and not just someone whose let’s say smart and good in talking but is not a real captain or coach. People with real experience at work with these leader/s can elaborate. Most do not agree with how the practice is ran. Your practice is in despair.

    Pros

You can walk up to CEO and share your ideas anytime. They provide best services which you would want to be part of for clients.

    Cons

The HR structure and pay are some opportunities which Logic could work on.

    Advice to Management

Having such deep expertise, they should also think about product versus always being focused on services

I have been working at Logic Information Systems full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Co-workers are like family - very supportive of each other, Salary is competitive, Benefits are standard, PTO is good and if you communicate in advance that you want to take more time off than you have, they will work with you.

    Cons

raises, bonuses, 401k are minimal, no training, no communication from the executive team, remote employees feel "out of the loop", well know amongst consultants that the home office plays favorites when placing consultants on projects.

    Advice to Management

Communicate!! find a way to fairly place consultants on projects, rather than play "favorites". INVEST in your consultants. Loyalty goes a long way and I don't see any loyalty here. Invest in a true salesteam!
