Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP.

Interview

An ADP recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I Interviewed for a Java position. I did not know Java, asked the recruiter before hand if that was okay? She said yes. In the interview, the hiring manger/engineers expected me to know Java and be proficient in Java. A miscommunication happened and we ended the interview in 10 minutes. What a waste. oh well.

    Interview

Initial HR call, phone tech screen for 30 min, onsite interview with director and senior application developer which was later converted into skype call as they don't have budget for interview travel logistics and finally the position was closed. I guess they are running very low budget
