Easy Interview

Application

The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Florham Park, NJ).

Interview

2 phone interviews and 2 in person. Never heard back after the final in person even though they asked for my availability in the future. I emailed multiple times asking for a follow up but never got a reply. Terribly unprofessional and a waste of time.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ADP (Orlando, FL) in October 2019.

    Interview

I attended a conference and met ADP at the career booth. After talking to their HRs, I got invite to their interview on the same day. I did not have much time to prepare in advance. But in general, I don't think the questions are very hard. They required me to be able to code quickly.

    Interview Questions

    • The first round is behavioral and the second round is technical coding. I was given 3 Python questions and code at white-board level for 15 mins.   Answer Question

    Software Engineer Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I interviewed at ADP (Alpharetta, GA) in September 2019.

    Interview

Recruiter contacted me through the Grace Hopper database. Had a quick 15 minute conversation with him about the new graduate program.
Then had a 30 minute phone call with a manager. Asked about my experiences, what I knew about agile, and some of my projects/school work.
Was invited for an interview at their office in Alpharetta, even though my position would be in New Jersey. Very unprofessional because there wasn't a real meeting room for the interview. Asked me to reverse a string and one LeetCode easy problem. Got an offer within a week.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP (New York, NY) in February 2019.

    Interview

Was good experience can be better if there was a proper streamlined process. New teams are coming up every month there could be more opportunities floating around. Technical interviews are a bit tough, but can easily be cracked if you have experience. Nothing away from normal will be asked so chill and be yourself to crack it. Telephonic, video or 1 to 1 based on feasibility. Final is always face to face one trip to office is mandatory. Offer discussions are also very open ended

    Interview

I applied through my campus/university, and I was called in for a two part interview. The first part was with two people (not sure of their roles), and the second part was with two software engineers. Both were similar in that they were behavioral, but the second was slightly more technical. The technical side was simply OOP, concepts, and data structures. Very simple.

The second interview (two weeks later) was onsite, and it started with a tour of the campus. This was really nice, and then I had an interview with, I believe, hiring manager. I was told about their technologies, what they're using. I think if this is what happens - they want you.

I recieved an offer the following day! I have to say that the ADP team was extremely helpful in the process, and they replied to all of my questions via email rather quickly.

    Interview

I had two interviewers and the questions were all behavioral. They pretty much just asked me about projects, how I would behave in certain situations, and how I maintained my GPA. The interviewers were very nice and I felt that I did well until I got the rejection e-mail a few weeks later.
