The interview was online, through Teams. The job post said it could be part-time, but they're lowkey asking me to accept it full-time, and didn't offer me part-time options, that's why I declined.

The process was bit long and have to submit lot of documents before the interview begins. Waited almost 2 weeks for second round. Required technical expertise didn’t matched at the end

First the HR send me linkedin message. Then I told them I am interested. Then follow their guide to the next step which is Berlitz language assessment it took me 3 weeks after the initial interview. At first, I was really nervous but the assessor was very friendly she tried to calm me first then give me instructions about the assessment.
