El proceso incluyo una primera llamada telefonica con la recruiter, contandome sobre el puesto y consultando por mi experiencia y disponibilidad. Luego de eso llamada con 2 managers del equipo donde me consultaron por mi experiencia laboral y con preguntas mas especificas sobre la misma ya que estaban interiorizados con el tema. Luego vino un caso ejercicio en excel, bastante sencillo, donde daban FTEs, costos fijos, costos variables y margen de marcacion o margen esperados y uno tiene que armar un pequeño profit and loss. Por ultimo tuve una ultima entrevista con otro manager donde fue similar a la otra con los managers contar mis expectativas motivacion y experiencia.
