Professional with high expectations of the applicant. First you get an email from the recruiter, then you get a phone interview. If you pass the phone interview then you get setup with a 1 to 1 interview. If you pass the first in person interview then you get called in for a second interview. If you pass that last in person interview you will hear a few days later of the outcome.
