I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Boeing (Bengaluru) in Nov 2018
Interview
Worst HR in the world. They just try to growing in India hence hiring engineer.HR recruiter scheduling interviews but they don't know whom they are speaking. They called me and always found they wanted to call someone else.
They have policy so they are not disclosing anything about product.I have given STAR interview after Telephonic technical round, found one non experience guy sitting with Manager and was asking internal project and architecture details about my project even they have policy. It seems manager taken a guy with out giving him guidelines how to take interview.
HR schedule interview and forgot you.You only need to follow up them. They are not asking good design and development questions even they don't have requirements for good designer and developer. They just wanted some good English speaking people who can create false story and tell them.No respect for your core skills.I found my current organization more better with respect to major areas after attend interview there.HR seems to have a lot ego, seeing candidates like unemployment people.
