Interview
Applied thru campus recruiting and interview by two people on campus. Last about 30 minutes. One of the women was a recent grad and wasn't even of HR personnel. They asked 4 behavioral questions. Contacted me 2-3 months later with their decision. They asked up follow-up questions after each answer. They also weren't as enthusiastic as other interviewers I have had.
