I applied for the position on Boeing's career page. I was contacted 2 days after applying asking to set up a video interview.
I had a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager and 2 other engineers on the team. The interview started with the hiring manager telling me about the team and what they are currently working on. Then they asked me 4 behavioral questions. Finally it ended with a 10 minute coding challenge.
I was contacted the day after my interview by talent acquisition letting me know the hiring manager was ready to make an offer.
