I applied for an entry level position through referral. The hiring process took at least 2 weeks. I first got a phone call then I was scheduled for a face to face interview a week after. It was a panel interview, they asked more about the role and my experiences during my stay in the University. It would really be a plus if you'll study finance jargon since the interview focused quite on them.
