I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Very unstructured and poor. Interviews were fine but HR is terrible. Standard IB qs like why ib why db talk about past internships. walk me through dcf, why docompanies merge
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
It was quite pleasant. first round and then a superday which was 4 rounds. I was interviewed by 2 analysts, and then 2 VPs. The superday had 2 technical interviews, and 2 behavioral focused interviews. One was based on my resume, and the other was very random questions like (who would you invite to your dinner part dead or alive, pick 5 people).
first round interview on phone and then a three back to back interview superday in person. relatively straightforward, just know ur behavioural and technicals and u should be fine. heard back from them pretty quickly too
