Easy Interview

Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Cincinnati, OH) in August 2015.

Interview

Initial HR Phone Interview followed by a Panel Interview by the Team. I was then called a day after my second interview telling me that I was being offered the Job. Its was an extremely fast paced process. Much different than other employees went through. I did not even conduct an in-person interview.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Bloomington, MN) in January 2009.

    Interview

Very quick and uncomplicated. Asked pretty much the expected questions. Seemed more concerned with attitude and intelligence than related work experience

    Negotiation

Was just offered an amount, take it or leave it.
