First round of interview was conducted on phone. The interview was very easy as it more conversational. The recruiter went through the job description and expectations of the role. The interview was about 30 minutes long.
The interview process was rushed and people were cold. Feedback always had a negative connotation and they often lacked clarity. It was a few rounds but you hear back quickly.
