After the meeting with HR I got a long email with things to prepare for the phone interview for the role. It included a 15 minute sales pitch, info about the products (Apps for work), competitors products, why I would like to Work for Google and situations where I had a leadership, teamwork etc.
The phone interview started with a manager from the Apps for work team called me and explained briefly the "role play" and that she was the COO of a big retail company. I asked her about the fictional companies current systems to evaluate their needs and then presented the value proposition of Google Apps for Work. It was ~20 minutes and almost difficult to keep it shorter since you I had to respond to what she said on the fly and couldn't stick to my premade script. After the role play/sales pitch she asked some questions about previous situations and how I handled them.
