Was reached out to by a recruiter for a 15-30minute call. Instantly received feedback that I would be moving onto the next steps -- video conference call.
Went ahead and gave them 2 weeks of very flexible availability. Days/weeks pass with no communication. I follow-up and am told that I will need to give the following 2 weeks of availability. (4 weeks total now). After 3 of the 4 weeks pass, I'm told that they have filled the position.
Would be nice if team was more transparent with their timing, I asked multiple times about what steps they were at with other candidates in over-arching hiring journey.
Complete waste of time.
