Google UX Developer interview questions

During the interview process at Google they want to see how you would face uncertainty and play with some elements like not being responsive to emails for a few days or changing interviews schedule a few times… Probably the hiring manager that I deal with wasn’t great on being responsive. The technical test it’s difficult for the reason that they asks you to code on a google doc without access to a code editor and all the features you normally use on your daily basis. Lastly I’d like to mention that I didn’t apply for the job. They offered me the interview through linkedin. I was selected to a role that doesn’t match well with my professional experience. Something that can be easily appreciated just by reading my online resume. That controversy was something I wondered through the whole interview process.
