I applied multiple times over a couple months. I got a call back after three months of applying. They asked me to do a phone interview. After the phone interview, I got an email asking for an in person interview. The interview was about 30 minutes long. I got an email later that same week telling me I got the position.

This is for the Mental Health Center in Los Angeles. I had been in communication with a hiring manager who scheduled me for an interview. I arrive to the interview early just to be waiting about 30 mins pass my interview time for someone to finally come out to get me. At this point, other candidates had been waiting in the lobby with me. To my surprise, a nurse comes to find me and tells me that she will be conducting the interview because the original hiring manager who scheduled me “overbooked” herself. The nurse seemed unprepared and was all over the place with her questions and I feel I did not have a fair interview. We sat at a table in the middle of an open area of the employee space. I was very eager for this interview but I ended up being pretty disappointed and uncomfortable. This showed a lack of professionalism on their end. First impressions are everything, not only for the employer but the potential employee and so I’m glad I did not proceed with this role.

Initial phone screen hiring manager interview onsite interview offer. Process is easy nothing too crazy, basic questions plus behavioral. Hiring manager are nice. Omg this is ridiculous nothing else to report
