This is for ASIC Design intern position - 3 telephonic rounds - mostly on digital design, cdc.. first 2 rounds were easy. 3rd round was tough. Basic logic design questions and resume projects in detail.

The round proceeds with second. each 45 minutes and I'm satisfied with the interview process. The question are usually technical, not for me. Solving small problems with optimal solutions. Recruiter guided well and process takes about 4 weeks
It is two consecutive 45 minutes interview with research scientist in different team. I needed to prepare different research ideas or proposals for each interviewer. There was no coding interview.

Ghosted for weeks after weekend long take home assignment + interview. Finally received a computer generated rejection email with no personal feedback. This is totally disrespectful towards a candidate's efforts, and absolutely not constructive.
