I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NVIDIA in Feb 2014
Interview
Started off by doing a questionnaire at University's career fair, contacted by HR to do a phone interview a month later. There were 3 rounds of phone interviews in total which spanned over 3 weeks. After I passed each round, HR would contact me to arrange another interview. Was given an offer a week after last interview
HR in my case isn't very responsive. I had to send my email twice every time to get a reply. The entire process took 2 months starting from the career fair, which was quite long
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- scheduling algorithms for CPU
- Given an array of elements whose range are 0 - N. 1 element is missing, no duplicate. Find the missing element.
- Same as before, but 2 elements are missing. Find both
- Given a pointer to a node in the linked list, delete the node. No root node is necessary
A very nice team and a positive interview experience. The technical assessment uses hackerrank and is a live editor where they can see what you're typing and hidden test cases.
