Pre-interview: asked to fill out a long questionaire to identify key personal traits HR interview: asked to go through a sample business case study and give proposal and view of the problem presented. Allowed ~40 minute to read the case and 20 minute to talk about it. Test: A math and logic test (kind of like GRE tests) was given. Manager interview: twice. First time to talk about background and Q&A about the job. Second time to do a ppt for a mock case.
