I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Krakow, WI) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was professional and structured. It began with an online application, followed by a short phone screening. After that, I was invited to a technical and behavioral interview with two managers. They asked about my studies, technical skills, and motivation for applying. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive, which helped me feel comfortable. I appreciated that they also gave me time to ask questions about the role, growth opportunities, and company culture. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than a test
