Interview
This job was posted as a “confidential” brand so I did not even know I was phone screening for Panera. I expected a quick phone screen to introduce which company I was interviewing for. Instead we jumped right into a phone interview that went over an hour, with Panera specific questions that I would have no way to prepare for.
If my answers aren’t leading to conversation and quickly leading into the next question, I can tell it’s not a match. Cut it short. But the interviewer kept asking questions and the call went for over an hour. I received the generic “I’ll be looking over applications and get back to you by Friday” with a generic email decline the next day. It was overall sloppy & predictable.
Company only offers 2 weeks of PTO until you hit 5 years, when you are generously rewarded with a 3rd week. At 10 years you are generously rewarded with a 4th week. So far below industry standards, it’s laughable.

Interview
Slow, unprofessional, never a return phone call to say I didn't get the job. Four personality tests. 3 phone interviews and noone ever called to say anything. Complete waste of my time
