Skype interview with 3 people on the hiring comity with mainly behavioral questions lasting 30 minutes. 3. 30 minute interview via skype with a focus on finance knowledge mainly P&L. 4. They fly you to their head office in Toronto to be interviewed in front of 2 VPs and the CFO in Canada. You need to present yourself and tell a good story why you deserve the job. They also make you break down a profitability case.
