Brief phone interview for basic location and relocation questions before in person interview. They had standard structured interview questions, definitely follow the Star model. There was not as much interest in extracurricular activities, mostly job or school experience.

The interviewer was kind and accommodating. It was over Zoom. All questions were behavioral. There is a second round of interview, I am waiting to hear back. The questions and general questions were good.

A long and drawn-out process with situational job questions. 4 interview rounds including phone screening by a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an assessment interview followed by a final interview with the Plant Director and HR.

Interview process was extremely long and tedious. The entire process took about two months in total with three different interviews. First interview with hiring manager and second with hiring manager as well as HR. Questions were straight forward.
