Very detailed in explaining the jobscopes. The benefits, the working hours. They will ask you questions on how you can solve problems, if you can work as a team, will you follow the rules and regulations or SOPs.

Interview
Applied online and was called for an interview after a week. There were 11 applicants including me. Interview process was tough. Went through manual dexterity test, sort of like a practical test to determine hands-on and analytical skills. Then was interviewed by production lead 1-1. Qns asked abt the company, situational behaviour, your skills and personality etc. Advise is to really research and know more about the company, even it's competitors. Then we had lunch which was provided. Last activity was in team where panels of judges observe how you do things.
